A ready home shoots faster and markets better. Share this checklist with your sellers before the appointment.
All cleaners, stagers and contractors should be finished 24 hours before the appointment.
For ideal results, we ask that all residents are off the property if possible.
Inside
Interior prep.
- Clear and clean kitchen counters
- Clear and clean bathroom sinks, tubs and showers
- Replace burned-out light bulbs
- Turn on all lights
- Open all windows
- Remove unnecessary furniture and décor
- Remove floor mats
- Turn off all ceiling fans, TVs and computers
- Clear appliances of magnets
- Make all beds
- Remove all personal items
- Put all shoes and jackets in closets
- Clear all nightstands
- Remove all pet items
- Ensure all staging is complete 24 hours before the appointment
Outside
Exterior prep.
Prepping for our arrival helps expedite your appointment and helps us market your property properly.
- Tidy up yard and landscaping
- Sweep porches and decks
- Clear all cars from the road and driveway
- Hide all garbage cans and lawn equipment
